Mosquito Control:

The best way to control mosquitoes around homes and businesses is to help prevent them from breeding by eliminating containers that can hold water.

SOME SUGGESTIONS:

1. Recycle or throw away trash and unwanted items around your home, especially old tires or other materials that can hold water after a rain event.

2. Cover, turn upside down, or in in some other way prevent items that must be kept outside from filling with water.

3. Clean leaf-clogged gutters so they cannot hold water.

4. Change the water weekly in outdoor containers such as pet bowls, flower pots, and bird baths so that mosquito larvae won't have time to develop into adult mosquitoes.
