Public Works Supervisor:
The Town of Navassa is seeking to to hire a Public Works Supervisor. The position will be responsible for supervising the day to day operations of the Public Works department including: street maintenance, water and sewer distribution, equipment operation and maintenance, stormwater, and three employees. Eligible applicants must possess a high school diploma or higher and ORC Certification B Water Distribution or ability to obtain. Mechanical ability desired and knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Valid NC driver's license and CDL required. Must be 18 years or older to apply. The Town of Navassa is seeking to hire a police officer. The officer will perform a full range of police duties necessary to enforce the law.
