Board of Adjustment:
The Board of Adjustment is responsible for hearing and deciding on appeals where it is alleged that there is error in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Zoning Administrator in the enforcement of the Town's Zoning Ordinance.  The Board of Adjustment also has the power to vary or modify any of the regulations or provisions of the Zoning Ordinance by granting a variance when special conditions, practical difficulties or unnecessary hardships would result from carrying out the strict letter of the Zoning Ordinance.
